• Dispatch & origin: Orders ship from Belgium within 1–3 business days after payment (pre-orders ship by the date shown on the product page).

• Where we deliver: EU + UK at launch. Remote areas or islands may require extra time or a surcharge—we’ll notify you before dispatch.

• Carriers & tracking: DPD/UPS/DHL depending on size and destination. A tracking link is emailed as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse.

• Typical transit times: BE 1–2 days • FR/NL/DE/LU 2–4 days • Rest of EU/UK 3–7 days. Delivery dates are estimates and may vary due to carrier workload or weather.

• Packaging: Kits are packed in reinforced cartons with protective inserts; glass components are clearly marked FRAGILE. We use recyclable materials wherever possible.

• Multiple boxes: Some kits (e.g., tank + solar pack) may ship in separate cartons and can arrive on different days. You’ll get tracking for each box.

• Batteries & power stations: Items containing lithium batteries ship under ADR/IATA safety rules and may follow different routes or be split from the rest of your order.

• Costs & duties: Shipping is calculated at checkout by zone and weight/size. EU prices include VAT. UK/non-EU deliveries are sent DAP (duties/VAT payable at delivery by the buyer).

• On arrival: Please inspect the parcel. If anything is damaged or missing, photograph the packaging and contents within 48 hours and contact support— we’ll arrange replacement parts or a solution fast.

• Returns: You can return unused items within 14 days (see our Refund Policy).
