• The information, images, and specifications on this site are provided “as is” and may change without notice. Product photos are non-contractual; contents may vary by batch or supplier.

• Nothing on this site is medical, engineering, or safety advice. Use all electrical equipment with RCD/GFCI protection and drip loops; keep adapters and power stations off the floor and away from splashes.

• Solar performance depends on location, window orientation, season, and weather. Off-grid autonomy claims are estimates only.

• Any third-party apps/services (IoT control, cloud integrations) are provided by their respective publishers and may change or be discontinued.

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ajinomatrix is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use the products or site.

2. Scope
These Terms govern all online sales via this webshop. By ordering you accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy and Returns & Warranty pages.

3. Prices & Taxes
Prices are shown in EUR. For EU deliveries, prices include VAT unless stated otherwise. Shipping fees are shown at checkout. For non-EU deliveries, the buyer is the importer of record and is responsible for local taxes/duties.

4. Orders & Payment
Orders become binding when we confirm by email. We accept cards via Stripe and PayPal; payment is captured at checkout (including pre-orders).

5. Shipping & Delivery
Lead times are shown on each product page. Delivery dates are estimates. Risk in the goods passes at delivery to the address provided.

6. Right of Withdrawal (EU/BE)
Consumers may cancel within 14 days of delivery without giving reasons. Items must be unused, complete, and in original packaging. Return shipping is at the customer’s cost, except in case of DOA or our error. We refund within 14 days after we receive the return or proof of return.

Exclusions: custom-made goods; sealed items unsealed after delivery for hygiene reasons; perishable media (not applicable at launch).

7. Warranty & Conformity
All hardware is covered by the 2-year legal conformity warranty from delivery. Remedies: repair, replacement, or refund as required by law. Exclusions: misuse, improper installation, water ingress beyond IP rating, modifications, and normal wear. Contact us for an RMA before returning items.

8. Liability
Our liability for proven direct damages is capped at the price paid for the item causing the claim. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or mandatory consumer rights.

9. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays/failures due to events beyond reasonable control (e.g., strikes, supply chain disruption, extreme weather, pandemics).

10. Governing Law & Disputes
Belgian law applies (without conflict rules). Exclusive jurisdiction: the courts of Brussels (consumer can also sue in their local EU court). We participate in EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) where applicable.

11. Changes
We may update these Terms; the version in force at the time of your order applies.

Safety Near Water
Use only in dry indoor locations unless the product is rated for outdoor use. Keep cables tidy; create drip loops; never submerge non-submersible parts.

​

Battery, Power & Transport
Some kits include lithium batteries/power banks certified to UN testing standards. Follow charging instructions and never cover power devices while operating.

​

Solar & Autonomy
Autonomy claims assume recommended duty cycles and adequate sun exposure (window azimuth/tilt). Real-world results vary.

​

Livestock & Consumables
At launch we do not ship livestock or mushroom grow blocks. We provide care guides and supplier references. Stock living organisms responsibly and in compliance with local rules.

​

Spare Parts & Repairs
We maintain stocks of common spares (pumps, tubing, connectors, LEDs). Out-of-warranty repairs are available at fair cost.

​

Environmental Responsibility (WEEE/Batteries)
Do not dispose of electrical equipment or batteries with household waste. Use local WEEE and battery collection points. We will provide recycling guidance upon request.

Pre-Orders & Backorders
Estimated ship dates are indicative. You may cancel any pre-order prior to dispatch for a full refund.

​

Promotions & Coupons
Promotions cannot be combined unless expressly stated. Discount applies only during the advertised period and while stocks last.

​

Professional Installation
Larger or built-in configurations may require professional installation. We can provide remote coaching or refer qualified installers in select regions.

Languages
This site may offer NL/FR/EN. In case of discrepancy, the English version prevails for interpretation.
